William brings over 15 years of plumbing experience to his role as Project Manager and Field Engineer at Kevin M. Sullivan & Associates. He holds a C-36 plumbing license and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, providing a strong technical foundation for his work in the field.

Originally from Venezuela, William relocated to California a decade ago and has since become an integral part of the Northern California construction community. One of his most notable projects includes work on the expansive Great Wolf Lodge in Manteca, CA.

William is known for his collaborative spirit and values the supportive environment at KMSA. He thrives in a team setting where knowledge-sharing and cooperation are central to daily operations.

Outside of work, William enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as exploring the outdoors through hiking and mountain biking.
