Whit's upbringing was steeped in an environment of construction, building, and problem-solving. Born in New Jersey and raised in the Bay Area, he gained invaluable hands-on experience by constructing a home in Aptos for his uncle, undertaking tasks ranging from tying rebar to building decks and hanging trusses.

Now serving as Assistant Project Manager at Sullivan, Whit joined the company after graduating from Cornell University in 2021. Since then, he has excelled in HVAC project management, working on large public works projects valued at up to $7 million. His attention to detail and relentless work ethic have made him a powerful member of the team.

Whit is passionate about fostering a company culture where everyone can thrive. From setting standards to cultivating an open and collaborative workspace, he strives to create an environment that promotes success for all team members.
