Tommy brings extensive expertise in mechanical and piping solutions. From project development to final execution, Tommy plays a critical role in ensuring that mechanical and piping needs are met with precision and efficiency. He holds a C-60 California business license, a four-year ABC welding/pipefitting certification, and has completed the two-year Superintendent Academy at TIC Holdings. Additionally, he is certified in OSHA 30 and MSHAW, reinforcing his commitment to safety and industry standards.

With a background spanning multiple industries—including petroleum, pipeline welding, power, water, mining, paper, and food—Tommy has built a versatile skill set that translates seamlessly into the HVAC field. One of his most notable projects was leading the Emerald Oil recycling screens installation in Tacoma, Washington, where his team successfully met all schedule, safety, and productivity expectations.

Born in Torrance, California, and raised in Trona, Tommy has been residing in Northern California for the past five years. He transitioned into HVAC when his previous industry experienced a downturn, finding fulfillment in the structured planning, scheduling, and execution of projects. At Kevin M. Sullivan & Associates, he takes pride in overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.

Outside of work, Tommy enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife and six children. When time allows, he also pursues his passions for horseback riding, golfing, and fishing.
