KMSA was hired by Division 15 HVAC, Inc. to perform key mechanical work on the new Seneca Healthcare District Replacement Facility, a major healthcare development in Chester, CA. The project includes a Critical Access Hospital (CAH), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Morgue/Receiving, and Maintenance/Storage areas—each housed within a unified medical campus designed for continuous 24/7 operations.
The scope of work included the complete HVAC system installation across all buildings, along with underground mechanical piping infrastructure for domestic water, heating hot water, chilled water, and condensate drainage. A compressed air system was installed using Beacon Medaes oil-less duplex scroll compressors with 80-gallon ASME-rated receiver tanks to support critical healthcare spaces.
To ensure consistent water pressure throughout the facility, KMSA installed a packaged domestic water booster pump system, along with radiators and towel heaters for patient comfort in clinical and recovery zones. Building Automation System (BAS) integration was implemented using BACnet-enabled systems to enhance operational control and efficiency.
All mechanical work was completed in coordination with Division 15 HVAC, Inc., who managed the broader mechanical scope and interfaced directly with the General Contractor and project owner.
