San Ramon Fire Station
#34 Remodel

Kevin M. Sullivan & Associates, Inc. provided HVAC installation and mechanical upgrades for Fire Station 34, a one-story facility undergoing a comprehensive remodel. The project included the installation of a new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system, along with a Plymovent diesel exhaust removal system for the apparatus bay. Upgrades were made to improve energy efficiency and meet Title 24 compliance, while the climate control system was designed to ensure comfort and functionality in firefighter dormitories, offices, and shared spaces.
