With nearly two decades in the business, Ryan's journey in the HVAC industry began shortly after graduating high school.

Starting as an apprentice with the Air Conditioning Trade Association, Ryan's dedication and hard work saw him graduate in 2012 as an indentured Sheetmetal journeyman. This led him to take on roles of increasing responsibility, from journeyman to Foreman, where he managed medium to large-scale projects with finesse and precision.

Ryan has overseen projects valued between three and seven million dollars, demonstrating his leadership and project management skills. Recognized for his exceptional contributions, Ryan was appointed as one of the general superintendents, further solidifying his reputation as a reliable and capable leader.

In 2024, Ryan was promoted to Project Manager, entrusted with handling key projects for various general contractors in the Bay Area. Alongside his professional achievements, Ryan is a proud father to Westley Sullivan, prioritizing his family and work with equal dedication.

Outside of work, Ryan finds joy in spending quality time with his loved ones and indulging in outdoor activities like golfing and fishing for sturgeon.
