Noel Rivas

HVAC Superintendent

Noel oversees all project operations and managing the field labor force to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest industry standards. A graduate of ACTA trade school, Noel brings 14 years of hands-on HVAC experience, making him a key leader in the successful execution of complex mechanical projects. One of the most notable projects in his career has been the San Pablo Police Facility, where his leadership played a crucial role in project completion.

Born and raised in Los Banos, CA, Noel attended school in his hometown from preschool through high school graduation in 2007. His leadership abilities were recognized early when he received the Principal’s Award, an honor given to one individual demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication.

Before entering the HVAC field, Noel worked in agriculture and the food production industry before discovering his passion for mechanical systems and construction. He finds great satisfaction in working at Kevin M. Sullivan & Associates, where he thrives as part of a team that successfully completes diverse and challenging projects.

Outside of work, Noel is deeply involved in his community. He coaches his daughter’s softball team and volunteers with the Los Banos City Police Activities League (PAL) as a softball steering committee member. Above all, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, Miriam, and their three children—Isabella (11), Isaac (8), and Itzel (3).
