Raised in Odessa, Ukraine, Nick's journey led him to the Bay Area less than two years ago, after residing in San Diego, CA. His passion for engineering and construction was evident from a young age, leading him to pursue a career in HVAC.

With a background in mechanical engineering and experience in designing and manufacturing Cryogenic equipment, Nick's transition to the HVAC industry was a natural fit. Now serving as the Director of Field Operations at Kevin M Sullivan and Associates, Nick is not only dedicated to ensuring efficient and timely project execution but also serves as a leader within the organization.

Nick's leadership is characterized by his ability to implement operational changes swiftly and effectively, a skill honed through years of experience. His professional journey has been shaped by his "hereditary" background as an HVAC and mechanical engineer, as well as his dedication to delivering exceptional results for clients.

Beyond his career, Nick enjoys cooking in his leisure time and is affectionately known as a skilled chef among friends.
