Provided HVAC system installation for Nevin, a two-building affordable housing project featuring mixed-use commercial space. Each six-story building included a first-floor parking garage with a dedicated exhaust system. Residential units were equipped with wall-mounted mini-split systems to provide individualized climate control.
The project included approximately 90,000 square feet per floor and 120,000 square feet of total residential space across both buildings.
