Martin Oliver

Project Manager & Supervisor

Martin is a Project Manager and Supervisor at Kevin M. Sullivan & Associates, bringing decades of expertise in sheet metal shop fabrication, HVAC layout, and field coordination. With an active C-43 Sheet Metal license and a deep-rooted background in the industry, Martin plays a vital role in overseeing projects from initial planning to final execution, ensuring precision and efficiency in every detail.

With a career spanning over four decades, Martin has led numerous high-profile projects, including the San Leandro WWTP, Geneva Car Barn Museum, Fire Station-16 in San Francisco, Rengstorf Aquatic Park Center, UC Hastings Law Offices, Corte Madera Town Hall, and multiple Piedmont Unified School District projects from 2017 to 2024. His ability to coordinate technical layouts and execute complex installations has made him a trusted leader in the field.

A third-generation HVAC contractor, Martin’s passion for the trade began early. After graduating high school in 1977, he completed a four-year apprenticeship and obtained his Contractor’s License in 1981—marking the start of a lifelong commitment to the HVAC industry.

Born and raised in Modesto, California, Martin has lived there his entire life. He and his wife, who have been married for 46 years, have two sons and two grandchildren. His extended family, including his parents, also reside in the area, making Northern California home.

At Kevin M. Sullivan & Associates, Martin finds great satisfaction in the diversity of projects he works on. He thrives on the challenge of seeing careful planning, technical layouts, and engineering come together to create a long-lasting, high-quality product.

Outside of work, Martin and his wife share a love for antiques and vintage collectibles, spending their free time “picking” and curating unique finds.
