Joslyn is the Service Coordinator, where she plays an essential role in supporting the service department. With over five years of professional experience at AAA and more than nine years in the medical field as a Medication Technician, Joslyn brings a strong background in coordination, communication, and care to her work in HVAC.

She holds multiple certifications, including CPR and Med Tech Certification, and transitioned into the HVAC industry with the goal of expanding her knowledge across specialties like plumbing, welding, and system design. A standout moment in her role so far has been working alongside Kevin and the team on the Enzo Village project.

Born in Martinez, CA, Joslyn has spent over 20 years in the East Bay. She has been with her partner for six years and is a proud mother of four children. Joslyn finds the teamwork and constant learning at Kevin Sullivan & Associates the most gratifying part of her role, with aspirations to grow into a project management position in the future.

Outside of work, Joslyn is a dedicated sports mom and enjoys attending youth events, school functions, and family gatherings.
