Born and raised in the East Bay, Jose studied engineering at UC Berkeley and Los Medanos College, building a strong foundation in technical problem-solving. Outside of work, Jose enjoys building and tinkering with computers, as well as spending time outdoors hiking and exploring new places. Married for 12 years, he and his wife have two children—a son and a daughter.
