Provided HVAC installation for Hookston Senior Housing, a six-building affordable housing complex designed for senior residents. The project featured a complete installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across all residential units and common areas. Packaged rooftop units (RTUs) from Carrier and Trane were installed to provide efficient climate control.

The project also included dedicated ventilation systems for each unit and shared spaces, ensuring consistent airflow and air quality. A garage ventilation system was integrated, featuring a carbon monoxide detection and exhaust system for safety compliance. All HVAC installations were completed in accordance with California’s Title 24 energy efficiency requirements. The project was designed with a focus on sustainability and long-term performance, meeting both green building and seismic safety standards.
