Harper Crossing Senior Housing

 Provided HVAC and architectural sheet metal installation for Harper Crossing Senior Housing, a four-story affordable senior housing development. The project included the installation of all HVAC systems per mechanical plans, with exhaust fans placed in each residential unit to ensure proper ventilation. A garage ventilation system was also integrated, featuring a carbon monoxide detection system for enhanced safety.

Fire and smoke dampers were installed in compliance with California Building Code regulations, along with seismic controls to meet structural safety requirements. The architectural sheet metal work included flashing, gutters, downspouts, conductor heads, and other related components to ensure water management and long-term durability. The HVAC system was designed to meet Title 24 energy efficiency requirements, supporting the project’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
