With a strong foundation in architectural sheet metal flashing, Gage brings hands-on experience and technical expertise to every project he undertakes.

Starting his career as a Sheet Metal Fabricator in 2019, Gage quickly advanced to become the Sheet Metal Shop Manager, a role he held from 2022 to 2024. He holds an OSHA 30 certification in construction. His ability to read and interpret architectural plans and details enables him to provide precise and efficient project estimates. Gage also manages the company’s procurement logs, closeouts, and submittals, ensuring seamless project execution.

Among his most significant projects, Gage estimated a 23-story high-rise tower featuring 303 residential apartments and an 11-story building with 425 micro units dedicated to affordable housing. His contributions to these large-scale developments highlight his expertise in managing complex architectural sheet metal projects.

Born and raised in Fresno, California, Gage moved to Lodi in 2019, when he began his career with KMSA.

Beyond his professional life, Gage enjoys spending time with his family. He is engaged to his fiancé, and together, they have a beautiful baby girl. His dedication to both his career and personal life reflects his commitment to building a strong future—both in the industry and at home.
