Provided HVAC system installation and modernization for the Math & Student Life Buildings at College Preparatory School. The project featured the installation of a Mitsubishi CITY MULTI VRF system for precise temperature control.
New exhaust and ventilation systems were integrated to improve indoor air quality, while a building automation system (BAS) was implemented for optimized climate management. Final test and balance procedures were conducted to ensure proper system performance across both buildings.
