Provided HVAC and plumbing system installation for the modernization of the Chinese American International School. The scope included the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems per mechanical drawings, as well as barrier removal upgrades to comply with ADA accessibility standards. Split-system heat pumps were installed to enhance energy efficiency in classrooms and administrative spaces. A building automation system (BAS) was integrated for advanced HVAC control, and hydronic piping was installed for heating hot water supply and return. Plumbing upgrades included domestic water, waste, and vent piping installation.
