Charles is an Assistant Project Manager and Senior Draftsman at Kevin M. Sullivan & Associates, specializing in mechanical shop drawings and Auto CADD drafting. With 28 years of experience in drafting, Charles plays a crucial role in developing detailed, precise mechanical designs that support the successful execution of HVAC projects.

His extensive project portfolio includes Fire Station 16, Rengstorff Aquatic Park, Corte Madera Town Hall, Piedmont Unified School District, and Achieve Academy. His expertise in drafting ensures that complex HVAC systems are meticulously planned and implemented with accuracy.

Charles holds an Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting from Laney Community College and has earned certifications from Silicon Valley College/Vocational Technical School, AUTODESK Authorized Training Center, and the AIA Continuing Education Seminar. His strong foundation in Auto CADD and mechanical drafting has allowed him to transition seamlessly from the architectural industry to HVAC, where he finds the work both challenging and educational.

A California native, Charles was born in Alameda County and grew up in Contra Costa County, where he has lived for the past 25 years. He and his wife, Pleshette, have been married for 31 years and have four children and three grandchildren.
