Berrellesa Palms Senior Housing

Provided HVAC and sheet metal installation for Berrellesa Palms Senior Housing, a three-story affordable senior housing development. The project included the complete installation of all HVAC equipment in accordance with mechanical plans, ensuring efficient heating and cooling for all residential units and common areas. Exhaust fans were installed for each apartment’s bathroom, along with a dedicated ventilation system for the underground parking garage, incorporating carbon monoxide detection for safety compliance. Fire and smoke dampers were integrated throughout the building to meet fire safety regulations.

Ductwork was installed for range and microwave hoods, along with boiler flues designed to optimize performance and meet efficiency standards. As part of the project’s commitment to sustainability, whole-house fans were installed to enhance indoor air quality and comply with the Green Point Checklist for energy efficiency. The scope also included flashing and sheet metal work, with gutters, downspouts, conductor heads, and roof vents installed according to project specifications.
