A K-5 public charter school, underwent a comprehensive modernization that included HVAC installation and mechanical system upgrades. The project featured complete heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system upgrades across classrooms, offices, and common areas. Energy-efficient rooftop package units (RTUs) and split-system heat pumps were installed to enhance climate control. Demand-controlled ventilation (DCV) was integrated to optimize air circulation and improve indoor air quality. The HVAC system was designed to meet California seismic safety codes, and a new two-story classroom building was equipped with mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
